We built this company inspired by the motto "Do well by doing good." What began as a journey of seven brothers to help a little girl has since become a movement to support the health of many.  

Over the years, as our mission has grown, so has our family. We're no longer just seven brothers trying to change the world; we're thousands of people, all with the same purpose: to improve lives, naturally. 

To that end, today, we’re proud to announce that Charlotte’s Web is now a certified B Corporation. 

Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose. B Corps are accelerating a global culture shift to redefine success in business and build a more inclusive sustainable economy. 

After months of hard work to complete the B Impact Assessment (which more than 100,000 companies have undertaken since 2006), we're honored to join the more than 3,500+ companies in 74 countries who have become B Corp certified and are dedicated to using the power of business to benefit the planet and all who live upon it.  

The B Corp community understands that society’s most challenging problems can’t be solved by government and nonprofits alone. This community works toward reduced inequality, lower levels of poverty, a healthier environment, stronger communities, and the creation of more high-quality jobs with dignity and purpose.   

This milestone is still just the beginning of our journey. As we celebrate this momentous occasion at Charlotte's Web, we're getting down to business the B Corp way and continuing to further our practices to benefit the environment, our farmers, employees, customers, and our diverse communities where we live and work. 

Because, as the B Corp mantra goes: Together, we are a force for good.
